• Standard Hardware Warranty
All ALARM Fire Safety suppression systems, extinguishers, and detection panels come with a standard 5-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty. This covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance. If a component fails due to a manufacturing defect within 5 years of the purchase date, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
• Advanced Replacement Program
We understand that taking a fire alarm panel offline compromises the safety of your building. For critical infrastructure, we offer an Advanced Replacement Program.

- We send the new hardware before receiving the defective unit.

• What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by unauthorized DIY modifications, improper installation by non-certified personnel, acts of nature (lightning, floods), vandalism, or normal wear and tear on consumable parts (such as backup batteries or pull station breakaway glass).
